If, like us you’re a Minecraft addict and you know what you’re doing with .jar files, @jeb_ has kindly uploaded these for your blocky-pleasure:

The client: http://assets.minecraft.net/1_9-pre5/minecraft.jar
And the server: http://assets.minecraft.net/1_9-pre5/minecraft_server.jar
